I'm not a tournament player just a casual one so I don't have access to amazing cards but I was wondering if anyone knows of a strategy/clan that works great against a Kagero deck that removes Rear Guards?

Its actually a bad thing to make a deck that specifically counter one type of deck in Vanguard, but I will give you my best advice
Kagero is in fact a retire-heavy deck, but some deck that didn't really reliant on RG could be pretty nice, with empty RG circle, they won't have any target to retire at all
I would suggest you to try Imperial Daughter, its a RG-less deck with a high pressure
There's also a clan that gain benefit from the retiring, like Granblue
Also remember that most retire cost some CB, it would be wise to keep pressuring the enemy by calling powerful unit to force them to retire those card while keeping some other ace in your hand
